Alyssa Robson, a seasoned tattoo artist, has been an integral part of the Skinlab family since 2011. Her artistic journey began at a young age, with a lifelong passion for creativity evident in her extensive participation in various art-related activities. Alyssa's dedication to her craft led her to immerse herself in art classes, even pursuing independent studies during her school years. Her artistic prowess has been showcased in numerous art shows, state competitions, and local design contests.

While Alyssa possesses a versatile talent for designing various tattoo styles, her primary focus lies in fine line tattoos, floral designs, vibrant colors, and anything that exudes a sense of delicacy and beauty. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading and working on art projects in her spare time. Beyond her artistic endeavors, Alyssa's heart resonates with a profound love and compassion for animals, particularly pandas and cats.

Grace has been interested in and deeply appreciated all types of body modification from a very young age. She has always been fascinated by the endless amount of “customization” you can do with the human body, everything from piercings to plastic surgery. Grace keeps up with what’s new in the body modification world and is eager to master the art of piercing and body modification from her mentors, Alyssa and Brian. She has a passion for learning and trying new things.

When not at Skinab she loves to read and take on DIY home projects. You’ll also find her playing video games and has a passion for listening to and discovering music.

Born & raised in Hanford, California…Alexander grew up surrounded with support in his creative side; from educational classes to creating street art with friends, & spending his weekends hanging around tattoo shops. Some of Alex’s favorite types of art are: black and grey realism, & blending of abstract styles that bend the typical ‘rules’ of art creation.

Currently under apprenticeship, Alexander looks forward to mastering the trade of tattooing under his mentor- Holland Van Lin’s direction.

On Alexander’s off time, he enjoys skateboarding, photography & video, hunting & fishing, & spending time with his family.

Brian has had an interest in piercings since he was 14. Though some people look at piercings as simply putting holes in your body, Brian looks at it as body modification in an artful manner. Brian started piercing in 2004. Since then he has become a master body piercer and still continues to push himself to new levels.

In 2009 Brian wanted to open up a new piercing and tattoo studio. He wanted this shop to set new standards in Minnesota; at the same time he wanted clients to feel comfortable and not intimidated when walking into a piercing or tattoo shop. In July 2009 the doors of Skinlab opened.

On Brian’s off time you can find him gaming, tinkering with electronics, or creating computer graphics. You can find Brian at Skinlab Tuesday through Saturday.

In the realm where creativity meets skin, you'll find Dave, a skilled tattoo artist and body piercer. Born in 1987, Dave's love for art began in his early years, with a childhood filled with sketchbooks and a passion for creative expression.

Dave's journey into the world of tattoos and body piercing took a more formal turn when he apprenticed under an experienced tattoo artist. Through this experience, he refined his skills, becoming known for his attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

Beyond the tattoo studio, Dave is a dedicated family man, blessed with two kids who bring joy and inspiration to his life. As a father, he instills the values of creativity and self-expression in his children, fostering a love for art in the next generation.

In his downtime, Dave enjoys the serenity of fishing. Music is also another integral part of Dave's life. Music is the soundtrack to his life. Dave's eclectic taste spans various genres, reflecting the diversity and depth of his artistic spirit.

Dave creates a welcoming space where creativity flourishes.
